A few weeks ago I had the pleasure and honor of photographing Gretchen & Troy’s beautiful wedding.   It rained in the morning and a few of us were a tad worried but the weather held out the rest of the day and was SCORCHING hot!  Thank goodness for air conditioning!  Outdoor pictures were a trial because of the heat but everyone was such troopers and made it fun.

The wedding party was full of life and fun, and everyone made Danielle and I feel so comfortable!

Today couldn’t have been more perfect (well…maybe a little cooler…right guys? ) for this bride.  Seriously…

I have a mountain of editing to do but saw this and just had to edit it.  I am so far behind on blogging, I know, please forgive me!  I hope to get caught up SOON.  But for now….enjoy this beautiful sweetness.

Hello my lovies!  Spring has sprung and I think it adds a little extra skip in everyone’s step…don’t you think?  Although, I must say, Michigan never disappoints with it’s unpredictability.  Last weekend we went up north…when we left our house it was 60 degrees.  When we woke up the next morning at our cottage, there was snow on the ground and it was coming down hard!  Talk about a letdown, LOL!  Now I’m hoping the snow is gone for good.

Ever heard of p90x?  It’s a psycho 90 day workout program.  Husband and I started doing it last week.  I don’t mind the workouts, not really.  It’s the diet!!!  I completely suck at dieting.  I get mad because I “can’t” have something.  Then it makes me want to eat it even more, LOL!  Justin has already lost 5 pounds….seriously, how does that happen?  He eats his 6 whole chickens (not really but seriously….you get a LOT of protein on this diet) and just drops the weight.  NOT FAIR.  

So, that is what our life is looking like now.  Eating constantly and working out like a crazy person.  It does make it easier though when you have a partner, and I must say, it has been so great for the husband and I to do it together.
